Not a great experience but the clinic followed up and rectified their mistake, which was unexpected.

Had an IPL treatment which resulted in an abnormal swelling (although they affirm it is normal). I am not convinced by their arguments as I have done this treatment for 18 years now and never experienced this. IPL doesn't normally leave you so damaged that you are embarrassed to go to work.

Fantastic staff who give you honest feedback and don’t treat you as a selling opportunity. Results that they promised with the ZO Skin Health products have turned out to be bang on. After years of spending too much on the usual brands with no results and bottles accumulating at the back of the bathroom cabinet I final have something that works.

Bit disappointing. Treatment was ok. Didn’t understand why I had to have a 90 min appointment to also do a take-in for 30 min and a 60 min facial. The beautician was late, couldnt open my form which I was asked to send ahead. Then took 20 min to answer the questions again. And yet I was out including treatment done in under 60 min total. Not worth 150 euro.

Sinds ik behandeld word bij de Van lennep kliniek, is mijn huidconditie er zo goed op vooruitgegaan! Fijne, deskundige medewerkers die je ook graag verder helpen en goed adviseren. De hydrafacial en de ZO-producten zijn echt een must try.
